There is a powerful alchemy in taking an entire weekend to integrate healing work and make big shifts in your life. This retreat is designed to help you consciously let go off what no longer works and help you be the person you truly are.
We’ll be combining movement, journaling, philosophy, coaching and energy work to help you find and break the patterns that are holding you back. You will gain clarity on who you have been and why, and with the awareness of who you truly are you will create a different future.

weekend overview
day 1: introduction. get to know your story.
We’ll kick off the groups arrival with an early evening session that gets right to it with the key question. What is not working for you in your life? Throughout the weekend we will explore these and find out how they came about and what else is possible beyond what you have previously known to be true.
day 2: the work. get to know the real you.
Sunrise movements to wake up your body and get ready for the day to come. We will dive into the beliefs that are limiting you from a life of more ease and joy. The afternoon will allow for free time to digest what you are now aware of and enjoy the beach and beautiful surroundings. We will gather late afternoon to clear the beliefs that no longer serve you and all the energies that have been holding them in place.
day 3: integration. now what?
Start your morning at the beach for a sunrise meditation and set a new intention for moving forward. You will be consciously present and eager to set in motion the life you desire. Who can you be now when you get to choose? Live in ease as your new default.

Participants are limited to one or two per weekend to allow for a true personalized experience.

2 Nights at a North Beach Village Resort. (Hotel check in @ 3pm and check out @ 11am)
4 step signature reset. Friday 5pm, Saturday 7am & 3pm, Sunday 7am. (Times are subject to change. If more rest is needed we’ll start later.)
Journaling and energy exercises to do between sessions.

Does not include:
Meals. The hotel is located within a few blocks of the beach and is surrounded by luxury resorts and fabulous restaurants. North Beach Village has a convenience store, organic juice bar, highly rated bakery, a food truck and two restaurants worth exploring.
